As an Open Access journal publishing articles under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), APJASS permits authors to archive the Version of Record (VoR) immediately upon publication.

Authors may deposit the published Version of Record in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal websites, or other scholarly platforms without embargo, provided that they:
- - Include the article's DOI (where applicable);
- - Provide a link to the official published version on the APJASS website; and
- - Identify APJASS as the original publisher.
The archived version must retain the CC BY 4.0 license and appropriate copyright and licensing information.
